Please note: The cut off time for pre-booking is Saturday @ 19.30pm and Monday @ 19.30pm .

The site is none smoking whilst indoors. Anyone found smoking indoors will be asked to leave the site immediately.
Allocations start at 06:00 any trader arriving after 06:00 may lose their booked position.

All traders must show a valid form of receipt before being allocated a pre booked position. The Company reserve the right to refuse any trader a pre booked trading position without a valid receipt.

In the case of extreme weather conditions and if we have to cancel the event, we will notify you via email or phone call – please check prior to the event.
Refunds will not be given should you fail to take up your position.Stalls and dates are Non transferable under any circumstances. In the case of a cancelled event, traders will be given the option to trade at the next available event, where they can be accommodated.

Company does not take responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods.
Goods bought or sold at Carnegie Car Boot Sale Ltd are at vendors and customers own risk and are not directly linked to the Company . We do not take responsibility for the goods sold.

Carnegie Car Boot Sale reserves the right to decline entry to anyone at their own discretion regardless of whether an entry fee as a trader has been already paid, and without refund or compensation.

Prohibited Goods :-Vendors selling the outlined goods will be asked to leave and will not be refunded for their stall: All new products, stolen goods, any item deemed to be a weapon – including kitchen knives, counterfeit goods, pornographic material or any material deemed offensive by management, all food lines, (with the exception of authorised food traders & lines) sweets, drinks, newspapers, magazines, tobacco, alcohol, catalogue returns, weapons of all description, Under Health and Safety . Persons found selling prohibited goods will be asked to remove the goods from sale or leave the site immediately. The market officers are required as part of their official duties to inspect all items brought onto the Sunday and Tuesday markets . All goods brought onto the market will be deemed for sale, whether packed in a vehicle or displayed on a pitch.

Traders are to vacate the premises by 13:00pm.
Any items left at the end of the sale will be disposed of by 13.00pm of the day of the sale, without compensation.
The decision of Carnegie Car boot Sale Ltd management is final.
